Terms of service
1. The agreement
By requesting a trial or buying a subscription you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What the subscription is
A personal, non-transferable licence to access the service for the term you paid for. Each subscription allows one stream at a time.
3. Acceptable use
- The account is for your household. Reselling outside the reseller program, publishing credentials, or commercial rebroadcast ends the subscription without refund.
- Do not record, redistribute, capture or rebroadcast anything delivered through the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass connection limits, reverse engineer the players, or attack the infrastructure.
4. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Individual channels can change or disappear when a source changes, and maintenance windows happen. Neither is grounds for a refund on its own.
5. Your connection
Playback quality depends on your internet service, Wi-Fi and device. Problems caused by your own connection are outside our control.
6. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid in advance in US dollars. When the term ends, access ends until you renew.
7. Content and rights
BexyTV is a service provider. It does not produce, own or claim rights over third-party programming. You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live.
8. Termination
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount paid for the current term.
10. Changes
These terms can be updated; the date above shows when they last were.
