Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account data: the email address used to request a trial or buy a plan.
- Billing data: handled by the payment processor. Full card numbers never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, used to deliver the service and detect abuse.
- Support messages: what you send us, kept so repeat issues have context.
Why we use it
To create and run subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent fraud and trial abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Functional cookies keep you signed in; analytics cookies, where enabled, tell us which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser — sign-in will simply stop persisting.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while a subscription is active and for the period tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Support messages are kept up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to privacy@bexytvusa.com; we respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
