Questions

IPTV, answered without the sales pitch

The questions support actually receives, grouped so you can find yours fast.

The service

What is IPTV?

Internet Protocol Television — live channels and on-demand titles delivered over your broadband connection instead of a cable line or satellite dish. It is the same underlying method every major streaming platform uses.

What is BexyTV, and is Bexy TV the same thing?

BexyTV is an IPTV service for the USA and Canada. Some people write it as Bexy TV with a space; it is the same service.

What is included in a subscription?

Live channels including US and Canadian locals, live sport and PPV events, movies and series on demand, a full EPG with catch-up on supported channels, and access to both TV player apps and the browser web player.

Is IPTV legal?

The technology is entirely legal and is how mainstream streaming works. Legal questions attach to rights over specific content, so read any provider's terms and follow the law where you live.

Plans and payment

How much does it cost?

$15 for one month, $40 for three months, $65 for six months and $100 for twelve months. The annual plan is $8.33 per month for one connection.

Which plan do most people choose?

The 6-month plan at $65. It is the point where the monthly rate drops meaningfully without committing to a full year.

Can I get a refund?

The 24-hour trial exists so nobody has to buy blind, which is why refunds are limited. The refund policy page lists the exact cases.

Can I use it on more than one device at a time?

Each subscription streams on one device at a time, though you can move between devices freely and there is no IP lock.

Devices and playback

Which devices are supported?

Firestick, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and macOS, plus any modern browser.

Do I have to install an app?

No. TV player apps give the best living-room experience, but the browser web player works without installing anything.

What internet speed do I need?

10-20 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps or more for 4K. Wired connections and the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band give the steadiest results.

Why does it buffer in the evening only?

That is congestion on your own line rather than the stream. Test on Ethernet at the same hour to confirm, then work through the fixes on the setup page.

Support

How do I reach support?

Through the contact page or the chat on your account. Include your account email and, if something is failing, the channel name and the time it happened.

Where do I manage my subscription?

In your account area, where you can see the term end date and renew when you choose.
