IPTV on a Smart TV, without fighting the TV
Samsung, LG, Android TV and Apple TV each take a slightly different route to the same place. Here is the shortest path for each, and what to do when the TV's software gets in the way.
Samsung (Tizen)
Install a compatible IPTV player from the Samsung store, add your Xtream Codes login, let the guide populate. Older 2016-2018 sets are slower but usually workable.
LG (webOS)
Same approach through the LG Content Store. Keep the guide range shorter on older models — a full 7-day EPG can crawl.
Android TV & Google TV
The easiest of the four. Players install directly from the Play Store, and boxes like the NVIDIA Shield handle large lineups without complaint.
Apple TV
Supported IPTV players on tvOS accept the same login. Clean interface, reliable playback, no sideloading involved.
When the TV will not cooperate
Older sets sometimes have no suitable player, a store region that blocks it, or a browser too slow to be usable. Two reliable fallbacks:
- Cast the web player. Open it in Chrome on a laptop or phone and cast the tab to the TV. Usually smoother than the television's own software.
- HDMI cable. Unfashionable, completely reliable, never needs an update.

Questions people ask
Does IPTV work on any Smart TV?
Most Samsung, LG, Android TV and Apple TV sets from roughly 2018 onward run a compatible player. Older sets may need a streaming stick or casting instead.
Is there an official BexyTV app in the TV store?
Setup uses supported third-party IPTV players with your Xtream Codes login, plus the browser-based web player. The install guide lists what is current.
Why is my Smart TV guide so slow?
Older TV processors struggle with a full 7-day EPG. Reducing the guide range in the player's settings usually fixes it.
Can I watch on two TVs at once?
Not on one subscription — each plan allows one stream at a time. A second TV needs a second subscription.
